Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
12 oz chicken breast
1/2 tbsp wine
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp white sesame seeds
6 cups oil for deep frying
Preparation
- Cut chicken into thin slices.
- Marinade with wine, salt, sugar and pepper for 20 minutes.
- Add one tablespoon corn starch just before deep frying.
- Beat the egg slightly to mix.
- Mix the 3 tablespoons of cornstarch with the white seasme.
- Dip the chicken pieces in the egg then sesame and cornstarch mixture.
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- Deep fry chicken pieces over medium heat for two minutes.
- Lift the chicke pieces and drain on paper towl.
- Decorate withd sliced cucumber
