3 chicken legs
1 tbs.. sesame paste
1 tbs.. sugar
1 tbs.. white vinegar
3 tbs.. soy sauce
1-1/2 tbs.. chopped green onion
1/2 tbs.. ginger root, mashed or chopped finely
1/2 tbs.. chopped garlic clove
2 tbs.. hot pepper oil
1 tsp. pre softened, chopped sichuan peppercorn
Preparation
In large saucepan bring water to the boil
Put the chicken in the water
water to cover half the chicken
Cook for 15 minutes
Remove the chicken
Retain broth for other use
When the chicken is cool, cut it into bite size pieces
Arrange on a serving plate
Place all other ingredients in order shown into a bowl
Mix after each addition
Pour mixture on top of the chicken and serve
